Gov. Kim Reynolds and Lt. Gov. Adam Gregg have released their public schedules for the coming week and will be making several stops in the region tomorrow (Monday). Reynolds begins her visit at 8:45 a.m. with a tour of the Market Place, a popular boutique in Manning. Once finished in there, Reynolds will travel to Rockwell City to meet with Gregg for a tour of the North Central Correctional Facility at 10:30 a.m. The prison houses approximately 500 minimum custody offenders and utilizes a wide variety of educational program opportunities to prepare inmates for life after incarceration. Reynolds and Gregg then travel south to Audubon to talk with staff members and administrators at the Children’s Nest, a non-profit child care center. The Children’s Nest opened in 2015 and provides early-education opportunities to approximately 25 children.
