Residential Laws of InterestYARD WASTE DISPOSAL: The City maintains a community burn pile for your yard waste. Grass clippings, tree branches, etc. can be dropped off at it anytime. It's located along Railroad Street. Please remember to sort the grass, leaves and twigs from the larger branches.
ONE-WAY MAIN STREET: If you haven't visited or noticed yet, Manning's Main Street (starting 1 block north of Highway 141) is one-way traffic going North only. PETS: Manning residents license their pets. This helps so that if your pet runs away, the City can call the contact number you gave them rather than just bring them to the pound. Stop at City Hall to register your dog or cat.
