Mission Statement
The mission of Manning Betterment Foundation is to enhance the economic and social well-being and quality of life of all persons who reside in or about or who visit or move into the Manning, Iowa area. Toward these ends, Manning Betterment Foundation strives to provide economic opportunity, safe, adequate and decent affordable housing, child care, business, commercial and industrial development, recreation opportunities, tourism, and varied cultural programs. The Manning Betterment Foundation's "can do" attitude helps businesses turn challenges into opportunities and hopes and dreams into realities. The Foundation has revitalized and enhanced the overall business climate and quality of life for area residents.
