Parks & Recreation Director
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work without close supervision. Must have demonstrated skill in dealing with the general public and experience in supervising a diverse workforce including part-time employees and volunteers. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and go up and down steps several times a day. Must be able to hear and communicate clearly on the telephone. Some nights and weekends are required. Certification as a lifeguard is helpful but not required. Starting salary DOQ with a full range of fringe benefits including paid health insurance.
