The Family Healthcare Center is a comprehensive clinic pr
oviding complete family health care. This includes obstetrics, gynecology, pediatrics, and young adults to geriatrics. The Family Healthcare Center provides x-ray services, EKG, and special procedure facilities on-site. This permits in-office capabilities for cast applications, laceration repairs, and other minor surgical procedures. A complete laboratory, approved by COLA (Commission on Laboratory Accreditation) allows immediate results on a range of tests needed for immediate diagnosis. A nationally known reference laboratory is available for extensive and defined laboratory testing with results available within 24 hours.

The MRHC opened in 1927. It is a private, not-for-profit institution. The MRHC is an 87-bed facility with acute and swing bed care (17 beds), surgical services, long-term care (58 beds), and a chemical dependency unit (12 beds). A wide array of specialty services are available through outpatient clinics, and through MRHC's telemedicine capabilities.
The administration and staff of Manning Regional Healthcare Center are committed to providing quality health care services to the local area. The institution strives to coordinate its resources to effectively provide a wide range of health care services. MRHC HomeCare provides home health services to residents in a four-county area surrounding Manning. MRHC is an affiliate of Mercy Hospital Medical Center, Des Moines, IA.
