HILLSIDE SPLASH ALUMNI CHALLENGE!
Join the Challenge! Manning alumni and IKM-Manning alumni are competing for a chance to win a private pool party for themselves, their spouses, and their kids/grandkids! Two classes will win:
*The class with the highest participation rate
*The class with the highest dollar amount raised
The winning classes will be recognized on the donor wall along with any individual donations of $1000 or more.

Extensively remodeled in 2008 and part of the inter-library loan program. The library features an inviting kid's section, four public computers with internet access, wifi access, public fax and copy machines, and two meeting rooms. You can also check out e-books at Manning Library.

The Parks and Rec Department oversees the City Park, the Warren Timmerman Shelter House, the Rec Center, and multiple youth and adult recreation programs. The newest project includes implementing a trail system in town.
