There are approximately 2000 days between birth and the first day of kindergarten. The first 2000 days of a child's life can have a profound and lifelong impact on physical and emotional wellbeing, readiness to learn and succeed, and ability to become a productive citizen.
There was a great turnout at the 2nd annual MOMS Family Fall Fun Walk on Sunday, Sept. 30th. Thank you to the committee members who organized this event. The Great Western Park was the perfect setting with the beautiful fall colors and walking trail around the lake. Several of the kids and dogs were dressed in costume.
